Information about payment of the conference fee

(Read carefully!)

If you have registered in time, before December 1, and not yet payed your conference fee, you should attend to the following guidlines:

If you are based in Sweden and have access to Swish, please make a Swish-transfer to the Department of Theology by using this QR code (or the number 123-031 91 52). Write a message in your Swish-transfer including "Conference fee" (your name is only needed in the Swish message if you use another phone number than your own). If you don't use Swish, use instead Uppsala universitets bankgirokonto, 5048-1100 and, in that case, be very careful to add your full name and the reference code 551.

If you are based outside Sweden, make an international bank transfer in Euro to:

Bank: Danske Bank
IBAN: SE8412000000012810111197
Swift (BIC) DABASESX

It is of highest importance that you add the reference number 551 to your bank transfer, as well as your full name. If you are in any doubt whatsoever, about whether your name or reference number has been attached to your transfer, please make a screenshot of the completed transfer and e-mail it to Mattias Martinson.

The conference fees are either €210, €160, or €150, including VAT 25%, depending on which alternative you have registered for, €210 for full conference participation; €160 for Friday afternoon to Sunday including lunch Saturday and Sunday, €150 for Thursday to Saturday including lunch Friday and Saturday. NB: If you use SEK for your payment in Sweden, you should convert the fees to: 2350 kr, 1800 kr and 1700 kr respectively.

The general rule, both for people in Sweden and outside Sweden, is always to pay the fee including VAT and then let your institution handle the technicalities as reimbursement is claimed.

When we have received the fee you will have a final confirmation email, and a receipt will be available at the registration desk in January.
